Once you enable your webcam, select the “Private Webcam” button. It is located above your cam preview. Then, once you have located the guy you want to private chat, invite him into a private chat room. One will be automatically created after he accepts your request. Ask him to click on your cam icon to open your camera, once you accept, your cam will be broadcast to no one other than the person you approved.
