If you are seeing no users, are seeing a gray page with no names, etc it is most likely due to a plugin that is blocking necessary features to make chat function.
Try these two steps:
1. Try using a private/incognito window to disable plugins. This works for most users.
2. Software that blocks ads may also cause this issue. You must add our domains "cam.menchats.com" and "menchats.com" to your whitelist OR disable such plugins for the chat to function properly. These plugins may be listed as: uBlock, AdBlock, NoScript, Ghostery, etc.
