Only users who have a free, registered account may upload photos.
To post a picture in a chat room, click the "GIF Search" button, which is located above where you type text into the room, between the "Underline" and "Eraser" buttons. Then press "Upload" and select the image file from your device that you would like to post. The photo will appear on the text line, and when you hit send or press ENTER, the photo should be posted in the room.
