Unfortunately, due to abuse, guests may no longer upload pictures/photos. But by creating a free account, you can return to uploading photos/pictures.
If you do have a registered account:
1. Make sure the image file you are trying to upload meets the supported file format requirements (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif).
2. Check the file size of the image. If it exceeds 4mb, you will need to resize or compress the image before uploading.
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try uploading the picture again.
4. If the issue persists, try using a different web browser or device to upload the picture.
