To turn off your microphone while using the chat service, you can follow these steps:
1. Just above the users listing you'll see a preview of your camera, you will see two green "ON" buttons. One is for webcam and one is for microphone.
2. Press/Click the one that looks like audio and your microphone will now be disabled.
