Cams do not load or I am unable to view/see cams

Be sure you have watched the MenChats Quick Start Guide, fully.

Some antivirus or "privacy" software may cause this problem. The person you are trying to view might have their camera pointed at a black/blank area or is having a video broadcasting problem. If you are unable to see any cams, let us know.
