How to create a room

From the groups listing, select the purple “+” symbol

Enter details on the page:

Group Name
Description (optional) shown if a user chooses to view group info.
Group Icon (optional, but recommended!) this is a small icon that is shown in the groups listing.
Password Protect (optional) this allows you to require users to have a password to enter.
Approve users manually this means you must approve them before they can participate.
Secret Group the group will not be shown in the groups list, users will need the URL to the group.
Video Chat this is our how our “Arena” room works. It is an all or nothing type of video chat, they must broadcast to see others broadcasting. No individual cam selections are available.
Audio Chat enable this if you want audio only OR if you want video and audio chat (the selection above).
Broadcast Camera this is how our traditional chat works, you see their webcam icon in the listing and can select it to see each user, independently.

Reminder: Set the password to something easy to remember/share.
If you create a secret group, copy the room’s URL from the group info tab to share with others.
