Storage Limit Exceeded
If you upload a audio/video/photo file and it disappears, pay attention to the following message, near the top of the page.

This indicates that your personal storage is full. Whenever you upload a file to the group(s) or private chats, the files are kept in your personal storage locker to be shared again without requiring a new upload over and over. Registered users receive 100mb of space, guest users receive only 12mb.
To share/upload any new files, you will need to delete one or more of your existing files from this storage.
Navigate to the site menu and select “Storage”
Click on each file and choose “Delete” then confirm by choosing “Yes”
