Unable to upload a photo/video/audio file

Unfortunately, due to abuse, guests may no longer upload files. But by creating a free account, you can return to uploading photos/pictures.

If you do have a registered account:

1. Make sure the image file you are trying to upload meets the supported file format requirements (images/videos/audio).

2. Check the file size of the image. Registered users are limited to 40mb file size.

3. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try uploading the picture again.

4. If the issue persists, try using a different web browser or device to upload the picture.

5. If none of the above solutions work, you can contact our support team by submitting a support ticket here for further assistance.
