Known Technical Issues & Bugs

The following items have been identified as bugs, they are existing features that are currently not working as intended. Our team is aware of these issues and is working toward a resolution.

UI & Navigation Issues

~~Menu Visibility:~~ ~~The user’s listing intermittently disappears when users enter or leave a listing or group.~~
~~Camera Layout Scaling:~~ ~~When more than 8 cameras are active, the "drag down" action fails to enlarge the frame as intended (hard cam limit of 8 to be implemented).~~
~~Chat Auto-Scroll Bug:~~ Users are unable to scroll up to read previous messages because the window automatically jumps back to the bottom whenever a new message is received. (for now you must scroll up higher, to engage in scroll lock)

Messaging & User Roles

~~Mention Functionality:~~ ~~The @mention system fails if a username contains a space. Currently, @mentions only work for names without spaces.~~

Status & Performance

Status Indicators: The "Online," "Busy," and "Away" indicators are not updating correctly when a user becomes inactive.
~~System Refresh on Block:~~ ~~Selecting the "Block" option triggers a full site refresh.~~

Blocking & Moderation

~~Guest Limitations:~~ ~~Guests are currently unable to utilize the block or ignore features.~~
~~Notification Leaks:~~ ~~Notifications and sound alerts for mentions and "whispers" are still being received from blocked users, even if the text itself is hidden.~~

Safari Browser Specifics

Media Controls: The volume slider and mute functions are currently non-functional for users on the Safari browser.
Image Handling: Clicking an image in Safari triggers a direct download instead of opening the file in the intended lightbox viewer.
Icon Stability: User listing icons frequently blink or reload whenever someone enters or exits a room while using Safari.
